Honestly, it depends on how skilled you are at applying them. Some of our most experienced wearers can keep a set on for two solid weeks with just jelly adhesive — showers, hair washing, the lot.

But here's what we actually recommend: pop them on each morning to match your mood, your outfit, or your plans for the day, and take them off when you wind down in the evening. It gives your nails a chance to breathe, keeps everything hygienic, and honestly — it's kind of fun to switch things up.

We've made it really simple method:

1. Measure along the edge of the nail using a soft ruler.
2. Tear off a small piece of tissue paper and lay it flat across your nail bed. A pen and mark both edges of your nail on the tissue.
3. Remove the tissue and measure the distance between the two marks in millimeters. Match that measurement to our size chart below.

Here's the good news: you usually only need to measure one finger (your thumb or middle finger works best) to figure out your full size. Every TalkingTips set includes a complete range of sizes, so you'll find the perfect fit for every finger.

Our nails are crafted from PMMA (poly(methyl methacrylate)) — not ordinary plastic. PMMA is a premium material widely used in high-end optics and medical aesthetics. It's wonderfully flexible and beautifully transparent, which means it hugs your natural nail curve for a seamless fit, bends without snapping, and never goes cloudy or brittle the way cheap plastic does.

Combined with our hand-painted gel polish finish, the overall look and feel is remarkably close to a professional salon gel manicure.

You can, but we really wouldn't recommend it. Liquid nail glue creates a permanent bond that's tough to remove and often damages both your natural nails and the TalkingTips themselves — meaning you won't be able to re-wear them.

Our jelly adhesive is specifically chosen to give you a secure hold that still comes off gently. It stays put while you wear it, and when you're ready to remove them, a warm soak is all it takes. Your nails come off in one piece, and your natural nails stay happy.

Never force or pry them off — that's the quickest way to damage your natural nails. Here's the gentle method:

1. Take a wooden cuticle stick and gently slide the tip along the edge of the nail.
2. Push inward about 3mm, then gently lift the nail away.
3. Any leftover adhesive on the nail or your nail bed can be rolled off gently with the wooden stick.

Because our products are personal-use items, we're unable to accept returns of opened or worn nails. However:

• If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
• If you receive the wrong item, we'll exchange it at no cost.
• Unopened sets in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a full refund (return shipping at the buyer's expense).
